5 years ago, I was almost paralysed from an accidental fall that happened during a dance rehearsal. That made me feel hopeless, scared and totally lost. I thought to myself, how can I get out of this situation?
Through years of rehabilitation, I eventually came across the secrets which have inspired many people to age backwards, to build flexible and pain-free bodies. The amazing results gave me the motivation to learn everything about how to have a Youthful-looking & Injuiry-Resistant Body forever.
After I have implemented what I have learnt, I was able to go back to the performing arts industry to teach young and mature dancers how to move without straining their bodies. I was invited to travel and teach in Acrobatics Conventions all over the world. I was sought-after to conduct my signature training programs in major Yoga, Fitness & Wellness festivals.
