5 years ago, at the age of only 33, I was diagnosed with high cholesterol. That made me feel very depressed as my doctor told me that it was very rare to see such a condition at a young age.
I thought to myself, how can I ever get out of this situation?
And I eventually crafted my weight loss programme, which has allowed many people to

- Maintain a Healthy BMI of 21 for 4 Years
- Enjoy eating my favourite food and yet achieve lower cholesterol level
